Glenwood Square began its story in 1910, built as a fruit warehouse during Yakima’s booming agricultural era. For decades, it played a key role in the region’s fruit industry, storing and shipping local produce that helped put Yakima on the map.
As times changed, so did the building’s purpose. But instead of being forgotten, it was lovingly restored to keep its charm alive. Today, Glenwood Square is filled with life once again—home to restaurants, shops, and small businesses that carry on the spirit of local enterprise
From rough-hewn timber beams to the original red brick walls, every corner tells a story. And now, we welcome you to be part of the next chapter.
